I had bought a pizza dough to try out this Stromboli that Sally Ann got me interested in, done in the duo pot at 180c for 20 minutes, turning it over half way through air fryer lid remembers when you have taken off lid and as soon as you put lid back on it carries on cooking. I rolled out pizza dough , sautéed bacon pieces , a chopped onion, chopped mushrooms and chopped up chips left over from the day before. Spread a thin layer of chopped tomatoes from a tin on to dough, Piled my ingrediants over the top rolled the dough up like a roly poly, brushed with beaten egg and put in a greased baking tin put stand in instant pot then put in basket put baking tin on top of basket put on air fryer lid, pressed air fryer button pressed in 180c then timer for 20 minutes and pressed start . This is what came out . A very quick supper and comfort food.
This I will be sharing with my sister up the lane. Reminds me of the old fashion bacon and onion roly poly mum baked in the overn.
