Cabbage and vegetable stew, came out lovely and chunky, we had garlic bread on the side, the recipe said add a chopped apple and orange zest, sugar cinnamon nutmeg . Ingrediants were cabbage , carrots , potatoes , chopped fried bacon rashers and onion. a litre
and a half of stock , the stock I saved from the day before vegetables . Put every thing in the duo pot and pressure cook for 28 minutes. And then a quick release bringing the duo pot back to normal take off lid stir the chunky soup well and serve.
Looks great! It would be interesting with the sweet ingredients. Harry actually has a packet of chocolate covered pretzels, Sarah! 😀 Squirrelled away …
Sounds good , glad your new pot does everything
Sounds delicious Linda. x
Sounds great I’d leave out the sweet things and cinnamon, I don’t like sweet and savory mixed, though that’s very popular here, chocolate covered pretzels ugh, but I love a vegetable stew. I’ve almost always got broccoli and cauliflower so I’d add those. I’ve never thought of adding garlic bread but I bet it’s delicious I’ll switch that for my naan bread next time
