also made a pot of vegetable soup using carrots, onions , potatoes , leek and turnip , hubby says it’s good he has already indulged himself

Hi its made with short crust pastry top and bottom ,
the filling is cooking apples , extra plump raisins , a tsp of mixed spice and sugar to your taste when stewing apples . line greased baking tray with your pastry and add generous filling , put pastry on top then into oven 200 degrees 20 mins
