At last I got up courage and the pressure cooking in instant pot is a doddle ( not used air fryer yet )
here are my makes cooling for the freezer
Spanish chicken : chicken korma. : honey mustard chicken and sweet and sour chicken
also my first try Mediterranean chicken for tonight as Ruth and family coming to sample this first duo pot meal
you can see duo pot depressurised waiting on me to empty ready for my next batch 😁😁😁

I started with 12 fresh chicken breasts linda which I sliced up , I seared them on sauté about 3-4 breasts at a time , then added chicken stock using knorr stock pot and pressure cooked for 8 mins so used the duo pot saving the stock each time for the next batch ( 3 loads in total ) I then split the cooked chicken and added jars of cook in sauce with added onions , peppers etc . I will add cream to korma once I reheat , super easy meals . We had the Spanish chicken last night with baby potatoes
I am so glad you got going with the duo pot. Your chicken batch looks so good, can you share some of your chicken recipes , timings and ingrediants with us. I have a whole chicken to take apart to day so would love to do these different meals with it. Although I should think you started with fresh chicken cut up, but I would like to know how you put it altogether. Xx
