I made Seville orange marmalade and with left over orange peel I made crystallised peel or candied peel, I can’t stop snaking on the candied peel. To make peel as a gift melt chocolate and dip one end of the peel in the chocolate and put on grease proof paper to set. So moorish and peel is very very good for you.. Linda x

It looks yummy Linda. Candied peel is delicious. I haven’t heard the word pantry in years either Sarah. (My Nan used to have one) They are great as so much can be stored in them and kept cool.
I am going to give the marmalade to family when I see them. And the candied peel some of it will be half dipped in melted chocolate and given to my son he only lives down the road . I don’t have pantry . Only two small cupboards so have to keep my jars of marmalde in a box under the stairs which is the coolest darkest place in the house. Linda x
I love candied peel my favourite is grapefruit but my favourite marmalade is orange, I love it on toast yum. People can keep their avocado toast I'll have marmalade please :D
Yours look delicious, it looks like you have enough for a year or two there, are you giving it to family or just filling your pantry (does anyone use that word anymore, i haven't said that word in years?)
