Looks delicious, I am using my instant pot to make sausage soup today, it's really more of a stew to be fair, I use sausage meat and roll it into meatballs, add potatoes and veg and herbs and some crushed tinned tomatoes some onion, stock, some wine and a dash of worcestershire sauce.
