We had a pheasant in our Christmas hamper from sallyann and mark, never had pheasant before. So I cooked it today. I did it in the instant duo pot. First I seared it on sauté then I added 4 cups of water in a jug with some sherry , a teaspoon of paprika , a teaspoon of rosemary, a teaspoon of Tyne’s little salt mixed in the jug then poured over the pheasant. Pressure cooked for 35 minutes. Then took all the meat off the bone. It was delicious.

Well it sounds great Linda. In the past you have shown us a picture of a pheasant in your garden so I was expecting a photo of a pheasant strutting around in your garden when I saw the title. 🤣
