100g Soft Butter (I only had Stork - our butter was too hard to use)
100g Light brown sugar
200g Smooth peanut butter (I only had crunchy)
150g Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 egg
Temperature 180c (not idea what the temperature of Aga was - but it was hot)
Mix butter and sugar, then mix in peanut butter and egg. Then add flour and baking powder.
Form small balls about size of walnut, press down lightly using back of fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Decorate however you would like
