I thought I would give this a try I used raisins water sugar.It took about 6 days shaking twice a day opening the lid etc you could see all the bubbles when ready and a slight smell of wine.Then you strain it dispose of fruit then I added one cup of yeast water and one cup of wholemeal flour 14 hours later as you see in bowl my starter lives.so now I am making bread if it goes wrong at this stage it will be down to me.
