Christmas card has arrived safely, footsore and weary, 😩
all the way from America.🇺🇸
And with a great selection of stamps which probably cost!
I collect stamps to send to charities, and had decided to take a pic of these
and couldn't find them!🤔
I had binned them!🤪
A quick shufty through the recycling and there they were!
😰 PHEW,
Because the glue probably made them unrecyclable
and the binmen might have refused to take our blue bin. 😩
Which would have been most unfortunate on all counts
because we'd already given them a box of Celebrations
which they've probably already eaten so we couldn't get them back....
😕
PS this should have been posted in Thanks but it won't let me!
😁
Nice cards sarah and lovely selection of stamps ,
Good thinking taking pic of the stamps maritrez
Glad it arrived which is more than I can say for my parcels which kept getting delivered back to me. The stamps are forever stamps, no matter when you buy them even if the price of a 1st class stamp goes up they will always be accepted as a 1st class stamp. In the past they are one of those things no one could find when they wanted one so over the years I’ve bought many. This year I collected them all together and kept them safe so when I did my cards this year I figured I’d send a selection in case anyone liked to collect them or use them for emphemera bits for journals and such.
