Experimenting at the moment drying orange slices . With the air fryer lid and dehydrate button . 3hours at 55 c. Check if dried enough if not dehydrate for another 2 hours. Will post results this afternoon.
Not tried in there but only advice I can give is there is no time in when it will be ready it does depend on environment conditions you just let it do it’s thing until completely dry I normal turn mine over.when you think they done put in jar and keep an eye on them looking to see if sticky or not quite dry over several days .if this happens put them back in and carry on drying.

I've not tried in the Ninja as I do mine in the Aga. I do them for winter decorations, not tried for eating. x
