Challenges and Competitions

I was wondering if anyone was interested in some challenges or competitions. Anyone is welcome to run one and it doesn't matter if a small prize is offered or if it's more just a thumbs up from everyone, or even no winner, just let's see what everyone is able to come up with. And of course since we are not all into the same crafts there can be multiple challenges/competitions going on at the same time.

Along that theme I was thinking maybe a March challenge could be corner to corner crochet. Each person interested in taking the challenge should make a c2c item, pot holder, wall hanging, baby blanket with a picture or pattern of your choice. You can enter up to four entries, and it will be a simple friendly competition with no prize just a thumbs up to the winner. The item you make should be newly made this March, since it seems to be a bit unfair to enter a baby blanket that maybe took months to make previously. All entries must be in by midnight 31st of March Eastern time or 5am 1st of April GMT

I will create a Group for challenges over in the Groups section. And I will see if I can work out some kind of voting system. Let me know below if you plan on entering. One last thing if you use an online pattern please save the link so that you can give credit and link back to the pattern owner when you post your entry.
