If I can find where I have put them I will send you some of those adapters Lisa, I bought them ages ago but my daughter never used that brand of pacifier (they don't call them dummies in the US ) because they are hard to find and well if you lose one or it breaks you don't need to be searching for a store that sells the same type. I love your macrame ones, I always made mine with fabric but they are so useful, and also if you make them a bit longer and add a buckle (triglide slide) you can use them to attach around toys and cups to stop them throwing them out the stroller 👶
