Progressing along nicely. So far over 200 metres of hand sewing, I know this because I have used up a whole Guttermann reel of quilting thread. This quilt is absolute pure enjoyment for me. Its wonderful sewing and listening to music or Radio 4 or a bit of Classic FM 😊x

You will have a lovely quilt at the end of it and something to pass on down the family in time. I love gutterman thread, I like to use it for making bags it seems stronger than the alternatives here, but I didn't know it was used for making quilts, I usually see a different name for that here, I can't remember it right now, i'll have to look it up.
Its going to be such an achievement when its done and can be kept in the family wonderful.x
