I’ve nearly finished the summer challenge garden quilt. Just the label and a good iron to go then it’s finished, so excuse the creases. I have to say its really soft. One of the rules I gave myself was that I was to only use what I already had in my stash and not buy anything new, no matter how tempting. So went through the stash and found a lovely green fabric for the backing and the border on the front. It needed to be bright and ideally green as I wanted it to be inspired by a summery garden. I've also trimmed with various green buttons at the corners of each square.
You are very good at quilting, it looks so neat and even and the colours are nice
It's gorgeous Sally-Ann. Love the colours. x
Super make!
Love the colours and the Japanesey running stitches and the wee buttons.
What a lovely quilt, I love your combination of pink with green. I have several charm packs I could do I same thanks for the inspiration.
Nice summer squares and just right for sitting in the garden on an evening
