Yarn and Fabric related

Sewing is not my strong point but I am going to give this a go the canopy in picture is what came with pram I don’t no if it’s just discoloured or it was made with cream frill and the top is white it just Velcro’s to frame so you see all the frame metal I am going to try and make one like the vintage ones where they have a dryer underneath and Velcro to the top piece.I have a very pretty pale blue top I will add a navy fringing and underneath they would normally have a dark cream underneath.I have sprayed the frame as it wasn’t chrome and was all marked and wooden clean up.
