Hi ALL!!! Just finishing up a birthday card. It was fun to make. I have been going through my stash and finding things I had not used yet and giving them some love. The background is a Tim Holtz embossing folder (I do use that alot). I started with beige cardstock then ink blended with distress inks to make the brick colors. The flowers and pot are all die cuts I also used distressed inks to give them a little texture and depth. The inside sentiment is printed on a printer on the card base then I add the card base to it. The envolope is hand made 1/4" thick since the card has some dimension. On the envelope I used a brick stencil to coordinate with the the card and a flower embossing folder as a background which also has ink blending for dimension. Fun stuff! Hope you enjot browsing!

Hi everyone! HAPPY THURSDAY! I hope all is well in your worlds. Still super hot here in Atlanta. Funny when it's hot we wish for cold and when it's cold we wish for hot! Never happy. LOL! We harvested some patty pan squash, green beans, cherry tomatoes and zinnias from our little garden today. Took a few snaps to share. The zinnias are short video i could not get a nice photo angle. We've had several harvests of green beans, the squash and cherry tomatoes are just starting. The huge patty pan squash is amazing. Be well!

Hi friends! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Just finishing up this project. This is a set of silver heat embossed, then stenciled gate fold note cards. A while in the making but very fun and relaxing to make. The box was also made from scratch from the same cardstock. I love this type of box as it is very sturdy and makes a nice gift.

Hi all - hope you are all doing well. Sharing a pet sympathy card (my least favorite card to make) I made for a friend. Her pup was a German Shepherd, named McGregor, I added the Rainbow Bridge Poem on the left inside and a sentiment with his name on the right inside. The envelope is lined and also decorated with hearts, paws and bones.
