Apricot and sultana and orange juice cake
I made this cake this morning, packed with fruit . The apricots and sultanas are simmered in orange squash which plumps them up then they are added to your cake usual cake mixture.
for scientific purposes I have tasted and eaten the corner of it. ( No mice were involved ). 🤣
