Yesterday I started a new EPP hexagon quilt.  This will be a long project, the last one I made took me 9 months.  My plan is to use from my fabric stash.  I have some gorgeous Liberty and Tilda fabrics that I just look at and always save for another time.  Well that time has come.  The only fabric I will buy will be the extra wide backing fabric.

Made these pen holders on a invisible paper clip for journals.x

Used fabric and hand stitching to cover this box which I will use for storing craft stash , on to my second box transformation now

I have made two hexigon double bobble hats, one in chunky riot yarn autumn colours and extended bobble tassels, and one in spring chunky yarn, with ordinary bobble .

The autumn colours hat is for daughter Liz.

Pretty sure I did say thank you to Lisa for the Alice in Wonderland cup she sent me but at the time I didn't have a photo. I have put it with some other Alice cups I have and under the white rabbit vinyl record clock you made me Lisa. I love it.

Maritrez has sent me a few things, first off a Mosaic set that Alia immediately got her hands on and made two coasters. Last summer we had a wonderful large crop of cherry plums.  We ate a lot fresh but I did manage to freeze some.  Today I made a cherry plum frangipani tart.  I based it on the traditional “Bakewell tart”. It has a pastry base, a layer of homemade raspberry jam, a frangipani cake filling and then I added the homegrown cherry plums on top.  I made too much frangipani cake batter so made a few muffins as well.
