You don’t get soggy bottoms with an IDP
I made a mince and veg pie left overs, with short crust pastry. I lined a cake tin with pastry put in my cooked left over mince and veg, then Put a circle of pastry on top sealed it all the way round brushed with egg. Put cake tin on trivet in the instant duo pot. Put the air fryer lid on to bake at 180 c for 20 minutes, took Out the tin turned it over with a plate and slid pie back in to tin, put tin in for another twenty minutes. Turned pie out on to a plate and we have a lovely crusty pie. No soggy bottom😂
