Baking

I had about 12 courgettes home grown, so I sliced them up and put them in the instant duo pot with a cup of water , put the slices of courgettes in the steamer basket . Closed the lid and pressed the steamer button programmed for a minute. Which blanches them. Now they are cooling off when cold I shall put them in freezer bags and freeze so they are there to have fried with tomatoes in the morning for breakfast.

Note it is best to open freeze on a tray then put in to bags they then stay separate to use.
