Instant pot, using the air fryer lid.
I plucked up courage to use the air fryer lid on the instant pot for the first time, it was So easy I don’t know why I was worried. I made a baked bread pudding, using up two small Panettone I had bought at Christmas. It cost 10 pence in electricity . And was instant heat, not like having to warm up the oven then cook. I pressed bake button and did 180 c for 15 minutes. Pressed start that was all there was to it. Now I shall be doing cakes , bread and baking galore.👨🍳😁

The taste and smell was out of this world with a drop of custard . Yummy. I shan’t go back to the oven now my instant pot is my number one cooking appliance.
