Baking

I stuffed half of my big courgette and roasted it in the oven, stuffed with slow cooker mince ,and vegetable rice, It was lovely .

I shared it with my sister and her husband loads for three of us and some left over for tomorrow’s dinner , John had his usual meat and two veg. 😁 xx
