Onion and sausage rolls
I used korker sausages took the skins off and mashed them with some onion I cooked . Then layer long sausage and onion mix along two strips of puff pastry. Sealed puff pastry with a dash of milk. Cut in to two inch long slices put on parchment paper on a tray brushed with egg. Cooked on 180c for 35 minutes. linda x
