Baking

2 cups of warm water

5 cups bread flour

1 cup old fashion oats

3 tablespoons of butter

1 tablespoon of honey

1 and half a teaspoon of salt

1 and a half teaspoon of yeast

Put it on dough program of bread maker when done knock back and shape put in tin let it raise again when ready add egg wash and oats I cooked mine in pullmans with lid on for 30 mins on 170 and if you want top browner I remove lid until the colour you like.
