Chocolate swirl loaf

I made a standard sweet yeast dough and kneaded by hand for about 10 minutes. Once nice a springy put in a very lightly oiled bowl and prove for 2 hours. Next roll it out into an oblong shape. Spread generously with Nutella and roll up. You then need to slice through the dough length-ways so that you have two long dough sausages. Twist these two and put them in your loaf tin. Leave for 30 minutes to rise again. Put in oven on 180c for 40-50 minutes - just keep checking. Take out of the oven and tap the loaf on the underside and it will sound hollow. I add a bit of extra sweetness with a drizzled icing on top.

This loaf was completely eaten by the kids and husband in about half an hour.
