These are some makes that I make on a regular basis in the air fryer:

This is something that I make to use up bits and pieces in the fridge. The family call it "Stromboli" (named after the Italian volcano). Its basically anything in fridge like tomatoes, cheese, ham, pepperoni, salami, onion, vegetables, all chopped small. Its then surrounded in a homemade pizza dough then put in the air fryer.

I think the air fryer makes the best scotch eggs
