Made a meat substitute chilli cooked in the cast iron pot on hope rolling boil 20 mins put the potatoes in airfryer at same time put foil on chilli and put potatoes on the foil went in bag for 4 and half hours. pot felt hot when opened the bag food was a good temperature .If it had been meat I probably would have put it on the stove to bring to boiling .so I used 20 mins of electricity and have a slow cooked meal.
