Using up Pastry from the Freezer
I had some filo pastry and some puff pastry to use up from the freezer. With the filo pastry I made a couple of quiches, one using all homegrown veg and the other using ham pepperoni with veg. With the puff pastry I made some fruit cream puffs filled with homegrown black currants and blueberries which I had put in sugar for a few hours to bring out the juices.
