Must be the spirit of Carrots in the air via Lisa!!

Used apple from autumn's garden crop ( stewed and stored in freezer) dumped in a couple of whipped eggs.

A packet of Betty Crocker Carrot cake mix was dumped in (as they say on YouTube) and the whole thing

mixed then dumped in the oven. Served with custard. We lay around for days, we did, unable to move!

Formidable - as they say in France!
