Bakewell Tarts
I love baking and a few days ago I made some Bakewell tarts with homemade berry jam. First time making frangipani and it came out well. I will definitely make it again. I doubled the recipe amount to make extra - so ended up with 2 large tarts and lots of small individual ones. I have frozen one of the larger tarts. The smaller tarts all disappeared and were eaten up within a few hours.
