Baking

I never new what a green romanesque was ,then I received one in my vegetable box I get from the local farms. So I cooked it and made an onion and Romanesque cauliflower cheese it was very tasty and filling.

Boiled it like an ordinary cauliflower layered in a dish fried onion the cauliflower then made my own cheese sauce poured that on top with grated cheese and bread crumb topping.

Really enjoyed it much more taste than a white cauliflower. Xx
