Almond and coconut sugar cookies
Made these i cook them so they are still soft ground almonds and extract then I roll the cookie balls in coconut.

they sound delicious. Years ago I had a recipe for biscuits where you rolled the dough into a roll and kept it in the fridge and just cut some slices off and baked only what you wanted, I lost the recipe somewhere along the way 😥
