The people from England
I wondered why the English are called POME, the internet let me know why , good old internet . In the 1800's when the English were transported to Australia as prisoners, they were called Pome's, which stands for Prisoners Of Mother England . So now it has stuck . I love looking up things like this I find it so interesting.
