First to arrive was a lovely gift from liz, a beautiful kit to do 4 coasters in sashiko. It is lovely liz thank you very much. The kit is at the top of the photo.
Then arriving on Sunday came a gift from Sarah , a pack of painting markers that works on wood and gourds my favourite things to paint on. I shall be able to decorate one of my many gourds I have to do in the cabin and make a bird feeder for the garden . That gift is at the bottom of the photo. Thanks you Sarah .
I had a lovely birthday with a Chinese meal at the end of it.

I'm glad you like them, I look forwards to seeing what you make. I've been drawing a bit with mine, I'm thinking of painting a small little cupboard of tiny drawers with them but I'm not sure of the pattern yet. I need inspiration
