Own pattern teddy bear
I crocheted this teddy bear by making up my own pattern. I wanted one where the head was crocheted straight to the body rather than being sewn on later. When babies get hold of one where the head is sewn on later they always seem to abuse it so much that the head starts drooping and you worry it will come off and they will be able to get at the stuffing. So this teddy bear is crocheted top down from head to foot as one piece with the arms, snout and ears and scarf all sewn on later. The scarf is completely sewn on all the way around and the dress is actually just a couple of rows sewn onto the outer loops, Last of all the eyes and nose are embroidered on.

Thats a nice idea sarah. I was looking for something to do charity wise while in lockdown it seems here most of the ones i found are not taking donations because of covid.
