Yarn and Fabric related

I have just finished this Persian tile which I started this morning, in a different colourway , I shall make five more to go on the blanket on the other side of the squares to balance it up. My sister Julie wants it to keep her warm in winter. So I put her name on it. You can really make these octagon motifs look different by the colours you use a very easy tile to make every row has a repeat of eight and eleven rows . And each row starts a different colour, I used six colours. Each tile motif is 16 inches wide.
