That looks great I made some the other day they turned out really well I have now added a meat grinder to my Christmas list so I can make my own sausage meat because I can’t find any decent sausage here
I got a grinder off Amazon that you can make sausage as well read reviews the first one I brought started smoking so sent it back the one I have now just looked that has negative reviews .🙄

I had to use puff pastry instead of flaky pastry because it’s all they have here
I have a kitchen aid stand mixer and they do a meat grinder attachment for it week actually they do a couple so I was thinking of getting one of them
