Made yhses using a low in fat turkey mince bit of beetroot and tumeric bliz if food processor I used a pipping bag but a jerky gun would make them thicker pipe straight onto dehydrating tray highest setting until dry.once dry I put in oven for 10 mins to make sure there is no pathogens.

The sky is full of dark clouds and heavy rain today, so its a day indoors doing some baking.  After much deliberation I settled on a Bakewell Tart. I’m pretty impressed with myself. 

I minced my own sausage mince pork shoulder and pork belly I add onion garlic seasoning potatoe peppers eggs then when cooled add to wrap sprinkle with cheese.they then can be frozen you can air fryer or heat in microwave.
