Did all the mixing in bread maker.i then made them into egg and sausage mc muffin which are in freezer people can get them out from frozen and microwave for 2 and half minutes.

Simple, but SO GOOD,😊
I have to admit I had never seen or heard of an English muffin until I came to America where they are pretty common, (they always add cinnamon though 😣) I'd like to try a fresh one though because the ones in packets you get from the supermarket here aren't that good.
Never made these types of muffins before. They look lovely. Are they easy to make?
So are they filled before freezing , how does the eggs hold up lisa
