This is side two of Alia's desk pad. This is a completely different art style, much more my thing to be honest, I used my paint markers. It's from a cartoon called Molang it's a bit like Hello Kitty style I always think, simplistic but cute. I should point out that this is a big picture it's 28" x 22" (71 x 56cm)

Thank you everyone, I can see why most prefer side one, side two was just easier for me to draw but I too prefer side one, though I do love working with my Posca markers. I do like that she has a choice of whimsical cartoon or more serious coloured pencil work depending on her mood. I'd love to see what you can come up with for your grandchildren Linda I'm sure it would be impressive. I got the big sheet of card from a craft shop but when I lived in England and did a similar thing for my daughter I think I picked up an identical sized piece from WHSmiths, if you decide to give it a go.

Not my type of art work, but you are doing it for your grand daughter and it is so appropriate, she will love it . It is inspiring to me to do one for my grand children . I am really inspired by side one the rabbits..
