That's lovely, the snowflake definitely stands out now and is the first thing you look at. x
I like the blue colour in the old one but I get what you mean it was quite busy so the snowflake didn't take focal point. you still could use that page as a background for something else though, a gingerbread house or something.

That’s lovely , a clearer back ground makes it stand out . I am doing my embroidery on some of the material thats for cross stitch I found a bit in my stash we used to use this type at school.
