Baking

Did the dough in bread maker roll out like you do for cinnamon buns.I put in a bowl tomato paste garlic ,chilli paste,little sugar,salt,black pepper mixed it together and tasted it spread it over the dough add chorizo slices mozzarella cheese basil roll and cut .let double in size.

The topping I added little grated mature cheddar and sprinkled a Italian seed topper baked about 20 mins.
