Upside down Bakewell tarts

I made these mini upside down bakewell tarts. The frangipani sponge is on the bottom with the jam on top. They looked lovely and all were eaten so quickly I never got to try one. 😂

Obviously, be fast or be last is the motto with Bakewell tarts - whatever direction they are facing! Yum!
