Baking

My mum loves this as she is unwell I thought I would make her some.i use a teacake recipe but add the spices from hairy bikers teacake recipe so it has nutmeg,mixed spice,cinnamon then I add mixed peel raisins sultanas and dried cranberries its ideal to pop in toaster.
