I shall be picking the Victoria plums soon they are in abundance this year, so I shall pick them green and ripen them in paper bags in the poly tunnel. Then after checking them after two days they should be ripe and I can take them in doors and store in the fridge for 5 days in that time I shall probably eat some and make plum jam with most of them, plum pies and anything else plum may even sell them with my sister at a boot fair. Jealous! Our plum tree came to nothing. Vigorous grower, finally was interfering with phone wires. We had it removed last year.😫😭
