Its that time of year - damson picking time. One of my most favourite things to do.  This year I had a go at making cordial.  Needed to be done over two days as you have to strain the cooked fruit.  Cooking, sterilising and waterbath all done in the Ninja 15-1.  The final photo the bottles had just been taken out of the water bath and are still hot.
