I came up with this idea for long sweet peppers
I had picked a long sweet pepper that had turned half red so while waiting for the rest of the pepper to go red I had to keep it watered and not wrinkle up. So I filled a small dish with water and balanced it on the side of the dish with the stork laying in the water. It will go completely red in about 3 days.
We have about six still green on the plant.
