A tip for the garden
For those of us who haven’t had rain for weeks , monty don said to put your grey water on the plants , but not on your veg plants , so every bowl of washing up water goes on my Houkeras and the other flower plants in the garden. Before the water pipe ban in the south east on the 12 august, John has filled up 3 of our water butts with the hose pipe . We will pay for it mind you when the water bill comes in .
