Bit messy, but glad I tried! Scrap fabric, cosmetic sponge and thingy from Pizza box I think, to keep the lid from squashing it. Suffolk Puff wrapped round sponge and stuck on. I don’t have a mirror for it, so Sarah’s pressie has come at just the right time! 👍

Vase from perfume top, with metallic spacer bead as base. Two planters with dried flower heads as bushes - the soil effect from PVA and dried coffee grounds - recipe from Dollhouse Book from Liz, last year. Two brushes , floor brush from unused toothbrush , and switch brush from hessian strands stiffened with PVA.

Took a bad virus and couldn’t do much. Got very wabbit. Managed some tiny makes. Pathetic, really. Some Shang-a-lang tartan 🧣 scarves, and one evening one. Some mats . Some kitchen containers - spray perfume caps, filled with sprinkles ( in case little fingers pry them open - each topped with a button.) And some craft books from the Search catalogue.

Found this kit in my stash. Made the flowers chain stitch ( lazy daisy) rather than satin stitch. Used beads in place of French knots and replaced the wooden hoop with a smaller plastic one Which I think makes it look neater. Quite like the result! 👍😊

This is the one made up from all the yarn remnant centres I made last week. The border was made from 4 ply used double.

Had a mid-week caravan holiday at Whitley Bay. Weather still bit cold. Most ancient monuments and things were not yet open, so - Charity shops a.m. and crafting p.m. while watching back-to-back Law and Order and NCIS! And out for an evening meal. Great rest. Finished off some cross -stitch, Made some Suffolk Puffs Used up yarn scraps to make centres [36] of yet another granny square throw! Lovely break! i

48 blue and green-centred granny squares making two 4 x 6 rugs, ( phew!) bordered again with eyelash yarn.

Got a letter printed in Word of Cross Stitching with my snowdrops from Liz' challenge! YAY! ( Butterfly 🦋 alert! Look away , Sarah! 😁 )

They've been waiting since Christmas till I found out whether they were boys or girls! Then I could get going on the borders! Identical twins so identical blankets! 😁 These are for car seat or baby buggy. Trimmed with white and blue eyelash yarn.

This embroidery Van Gogh Art kit arrived around my birthday , with no note, at the same time as flowers from my son. So I thought it was from him! Then another arrived, also with no note, so I checked with him to make sure that he had not pressed some recurring button by accident. He had sent neither!!! Then Lisa mentioned one on my Thanks post! So this is it - I am doing it like they tell you how to eat an elephant - one bite at a time - in between other projects. It is very satisfying. I am doing basic backgrounds first.

Used up lots of little balls of yarn 🧶, cover gifts from magazines. Grey surround from my stash, and red sparkly border. One resolution done! 👍

Forgot these - found them in my pics! Three bowls from my daughter's wedding last April. Set them with Christmas ornaments, surrounded them with beads and coloured gravel and added the lights and tinsel.
